Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid Koschei ARVIS / Koschei Web3 SaaS subscriptions operated by TradePI Global and purchased through Paddle.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the subscription-management link provided in your Paddle receipt or billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the already-paid billing period unless the transaction is refunded or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests for Paddle transactions should be submitted through the receipt or subscription-management link supplied by Paddle, or through Paddle buyer support. Paddle evaluates and processes refunds under its current buyer refund rules together with any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers in some jurisdictions have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital services. Nothing in this policy limits those mandatory rights.
4. Service problems
If a paid Koschei feature is materially unavailable or not delivered as described, contact us through the Support page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle regarding billing adjustments or refunds.
5. Abuse and fraud
Refunds may be denied where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, attempts to bypass access controls, or other material misuse of the service.
6. Effect of a refund
Where a subscription transaction is fully refunded, the related paid entitlement may be ended or reduced. API keys, premium quotas and other paid capabilities associated with the refunded entitlement may no longer remain available.
7. Current Paddle policy
For Paddle-processed purchases, see Paddle's current Buyer Refund Policy. If Paddle's mandatory buyer terms or applicable law provide greater rights than this page, those rights take precedence.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our billing model, service or legal requirements change.
