This Privacy Policy explains how TradePI Global, operator of the Koschei ARVIS / Koschei Web3 service (“Koschei”, “we”, “us” or “our”), processes personal data when you visit tradepigloball.co, create an account, use security tools, access APIs, or purchase a paid plan.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process account identifiers, email address, authentication/session data, subscription and entitlement status, API-key metadata, service usage, feature interactions, security logs, device/browser and IP-derived technical data, support messages, and targets or blockchain identifiers you submit for analysis.

2. Why we process data

We process data to provide and authenticate the service, maintain accounts and entitlements, enforce usage limits, perform requested security analysis, deliver APIs and reports, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, maintain system integrity, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and usability.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.

4. Payments and third parties

Paddle processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt, subscription and refund information for Paddle transactions. We may also use hosting, database, authentication, observability, communications and security infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service.

5. Blockchain and public data

Blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, token identifiers and other on-chain information may already be public. When you ask Koschei to analyze such information, we may query public blockchains and third-party data providers and combine results with internal security evidence. Public blockchain records generally cannot be deleted from the underlying chain by Koschei.

6. Cookies and local storage

We may use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication, session continuity, security controls, preferences and product operation. We do not require advertising cookies to provide paid Koschei subscriptions.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting and legal requirements.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Koschei is a professional security and developer service and is not directed to children.
