Only cases explicitly published through Koschei's evidence contract appear here. Before a case is rendered, its canonical bytes, case reference, embedded bundle hash, and stored bundle hash are reverified. Its publication transition and effective public-exposure time are checked separately. New publication-time events are database-stamped; older event or stored timestamps remain visible only with explicit legacy provenance. Private customer scans never become public cases by default.

Search current public cases by case reference, target, title, or verdict. “Public since” means the start of the current public exposure interval, not necessarily the case's first-ever publication. Older immutable bundles remain revisions under the same target instead of being presented as separate actors or incidents.

PUBLICATION BOUNDARIES

What this registry does not claim

The public UI preserves the evidence boundary instead of upgrading technical correlations into real-world identity or intent.

A dossier existing internally does not make it public. Explicit publication is required.

Bundle, verdict, and evidence rows are not rewritten for the showcase. The UI adds presentation only.

If an explicitly public record fails bundle, linked publication-ledger, or DB-owned publication-time verification, that record is withheld from rendering and registry health is degraded.

Cases or timestamps that predate transition/time enforcement are labeled legacy; Koschei does not retroactively invent a proof that did not exist.

Hide followed by republish starts a new public exposure interval. Title, summary, or feature changes while already public do not rewrite that interval start.

On-chain relations do not become a real-world identity, intent, wrongdoing, rug, or same-operator claim without canonical evidence authority.

Owner secrets, customer accounts, private scan history, internal transition identifiers, and worker details never belong in the public response.
